*Walks into dorm with luggage*
Whoa. This place is pretty big.
*Walks into first room she sees and flings her stuff on the bed*
*Ami turns to Shinzume who is still standing in the room's doorway*
Guess we're staying here now.
*Shinzume walks over to the bed, brushing Ami's leg on the way. The wolf climbs onto the bed, and nods her head*
*Ami smiles and sits down on the bed with Shinzume, scratching her behind the ears distractidly*

*Ami layed on the bed, waiting for Shinzume to return. As she heard a scuffling in the hall she jumped off the bed and into the hallway*
Hey-
*Ami stared in surprise down at Shinzume. The wolf held a tiny object in her mouth.*
What do you have?
*Ami bent beside the wolf and Shinzume dropped the trinket into Ami's palm. The smooth, crystal clear rock was still cool to the touch.*
You remembered.
*Ami smiled, tears breaking through*
Thank you, pooch.
*Ami hugged Shinzume, and they enjoyed the rest of the girl's birthday together.*
