After her toll around the beach, she heads back to the school to her new dorm room. Savara enters with a good portion of her luggage. She places the bags and suitcases by the door and looks around.
"Seems my other room mates haven't arrived yet"
She marveled at the size of the room. It was certainly much bigger then hers. She smiled, now realizing she had enough room for her sizable book collection.
She picked up her bags once again and brought them over to her bed, setting them down. She sat on her bed and let out a sigh. She looked over at her night stand, opened the drawer and looked inside. Inside was some stationary and a pen. She closed the drawer dismissively and went into one of her suitcases and pulled out her personally quill and ink and calligraphy writing set. She stood, taking the set over to the writing desk that was provided for her. She turned on the lamp that was there and sat down. She took her quill pen, dipped it in the ink and took out a piece of embroidered stationary from the set. She then began writing a letter home.
After finishing her letter, she got up, stretched, and went about unpacking her bags. She put all her nicer, not for everyday clothes in the closet on hangers. Her every day wear clothes she put in a small dresser. She placed her boots and one pair of sneakers [that she brought only because her mother mentioned the school had a gym] and placed them in the closet beneath her hung up clothes. Some of the dresses she had, had some matching hats. Those were placed in hat boxes and stored on the top closet shelf. She took out an outfit to change into, to get out of that annoying dress she was sent away in. She stepped into the bathroom to change.
She later emerged wearing a collared white button down shirt, with a black velvet corset styled top, with a small hint of purple sheen covering the white shirt that had a semi-visible flower pattern design. She wore a fitted pair of black sleek pants and knee high boots. On her hands, she wore fingerless. laced up gloves with a bit of lace around the wrist portion. The little make up she had on consisted of a light pink hued eye shadow, with matching lip gloss and black eyeliner. Around her neck, as always, was her amulet, but it was hidden beneath her shirt. She brushed her hair back with her fingers and walked over to her now empty luggage cases and put them in the closet. The few books she had laying around was only part of her book collection; in her letter she asked her mother to send the rest over. Yes, she read the books a thousand times but re-read them all the time. She was fascinated by the written word.
After making sure everything was in order, she decided to explore the school grounds.
